For any person suffering from Diabetes, they should recite this Dua after every Fajr prayer.

Recite Durood-e-Ibrahimi again three (3) times.
The Dua in Arabic:
إِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ رَجْعِهِۦ لَقَادِرٌ
Transliteration:
Innahu ‘ala raj’ihi laqadir.
Translation:
“Indeed, He (Allah) is Able to bring him back (to life).”
By practicing this with firm faith after Fajr prayer, one can hope for immense benefit and healing from this illness, by the will of Allah.
Dua #2: The Verse for Righteous Entry and Exit
This second Dua, from Surah Al-Isra, is a comprehensive prayer asking Allah for truthfulness in all our affairs and for divine support. It is a powerful supplication for seeking Allah’s help in managing and overcoming any difficult situation, including chronic illness.

The Method:
A person with Diabetes should recite this Dua 14 times after the Fajr prayer and 14 times after the Maghrib prayer.

The Dua in Arabic:
رَّبِّ أَدْخِلْنِى مُدْخَلَ صِدْقٍ وَأَخْرِجْنِى مُخْرَجَ صِدْقٍ وَٱجْعَل لِّى مِن لَّدُنكَ سُلْطَـٰنًا نَّصِيرًا
Transliteration:
Rabbi adkhilni mudkhala sidqin wa akhrijni mukhraja sidqin waj’al li min ladunka sultanan naseera.
Translation:
“My Lord, cause me to enter a sound entrance and to exit a sound exit and grant me from Yourself a supporting authority.”
